Hi names Ayame, I’m a passionate graphic designer who graduated in 2020, bringing a fresh perspective shaped by both formal training and real-world creativity. Since earning my degree, I’ve focused on developing visually compelling designs that blend modern trends with timeless principles. My work spans branding, digital media, and visual storytelling, with a strong emphasis on clean aesthetics and purposeful design. I’m always looking to push creative boundaries and turn ideas into impactful visual experiences. However I am new to FFXIV designing so please bare with me while I get my bearings.

Terms of Services

- Scope of Work: The Scope of Work will be defined in the specific Project Proposal or Invoice provided to the Client. Any work requested outside of this scope will be considered a "Change Order" and may incur additional fees.- Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work commences.- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon approval of the final designs and prior to the delivery of high-resolution files.- Revisions: Unless otherwise stated in the proposal, the project fee includes 1 round of revisions after the work is completed. Revisions are defined as minor tweaks to the chosen concept. Entirely new concepts or major structural changes will be billed as additional work.- Ownership & Intellectual Property: Upon receipt of full payment, the Designer grants the Client the right to use the final designs for their intended purpose.- Original Files: The Designer retains ownership of all preliminary sketches, unused concepts, and "source" files (e.g., .PSD, .AI) unless a "Buyout" fee is explicitly agreed upon in writing.- Portfolio Rights: The Designer reserves the right to display the completed work in their professional portfolio and marketing materials.- Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for providing all necessary text, images, and branding assets in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials or feedback may result in a rescheduled delivery date.- Cancellation & Termination: Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In the event of cancellation by the Client, the Designer will be compensated for all work completed up to the date of termination, and the deposit will be retained as a kill fee.
